Retun & Exchange Policy
Returning Items
Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase for store credit or exchange. Please follow the following instructions for replacements and exchanges.
The product must be returned in its original and unused condition with securely packaged box or envelope with origninal packing slip or receipt. Customer is responsible for the return postage.

Exchanges
If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@rikumo.com to request a replacement.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, visit our web site at www.rikumo.com to place a new order for the item you'd like to purchase. Make sure to note the return of the original items at the shipping instruction column provided. We will credit back the original items when we receive them.
Return & Exchange for Gift Items
If you are returing the gift items, you will reveive store merchandise credit. If you are exchanging the gift items, please follow the Retuning Items Policy Above. In your package, please include you r original packing slip and a hadwritten request of what you would like in exchange. Customer is responsible for both return and exchage postage.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that was damaged, email us at info@rikumo.com to request a replacement. At that time, you can tell us if you want a refund or replacement.
Wrong Items
If you receive a wrong item, please email us at info@rikumo.com to request a replacement.
We will not disclose your information to other parties, except information necessary for shipping.
